Ezio Auditore da Firenze is an Italian assassin and fictional character is in the video game series Assassin's Creed. He serves as the protagonist of the franchise's series of games set in the Italian Renaissance. He appears in Assassin's Creed II, II: Discovery, Brotherhood, and Revelations, as well as the animated short film Embers. He also makes a brief animated appearance in Assassin's Creed III alongside Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad.
