Storyline
A group of misfits, each burdened by deep personal regret, descends into the Gungeon, a sprawling, ever-shifting fortress inhabited by hostile creatures made of ammunition called the Gundead. Their shared goal is to reach the deepest level of this labyrinth and claim its legendary treasure: a mythical gun said to have the power to kill the past. Each Gungeoneer carries their own reasons for seeking this weapon, hoping that by undoing their greatest mistake, they might find absolution.Read more
