Storyline
The treasure-loving Captain Toad and his companion Toadette are climbing a tower to claim a shining star when a giant villainous crow named Wingo swoops down, snatches the star, and carries Toadette off with it. Setting out to rescue her, Captain Toad must make his way through a series of compact, diorama-like environments packed with obstacles and hidden treasures.
