Only Humans On Board is a horror simulation game set aboard a train where passengers may not be what they seem. Players work as a train vendor, managing supplies, organizing their trolley, and serving passengers while checking their identities to uncover aliens disguised as humans. As the journey progresses, the number of passengers and the difficulty of identifying threats increase. Players must stay alert, use available tools, and distinguish ordinary customers from potential impostors. Missing an alien can trigger a lockdown, turning a routine shift into a fight for survival.
