How to reach us, report something, block someone or delete your account.

Privacy requests
To get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted, or to ask how we use it, email privacy@critscore.app. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.
Report a review or comment
- In the app, tap ⋯ on the review or comment, then Report review or Report comment.
- On the website, select the flag next to a review, or Report under a comment.
- Choose a reason, add any details, and submit. A person reviews every report.
Report or block a user
- Open their profile.
- Open the profile menu (⋯) and choose Report user or Block user.
You won't see each other's profiles, reviews, comments, or activity, and you'll both stop following each other. They won't be notified. You can unblock them later, but follows won't be restored.
To see or undo a block: in the app, Account, then Blocked users. On the website, Account settings, then Blocked users.
Delete your account
In the app: Account, then Delete account. On the website: Account settings, then Danger zone, then Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted. If you don't have a password because you signed up with Google, Discord or Twitch, you confirm with that provider instead.
Deleting your account will:
- Permanently delete your profile and the images you uploaded, your collections, wishlist, price watches, game statuses, comments, follows, linked platforms and their game libraries, and your sign-in methods
- Keep your reviews, shown as "Deleted User" and no longer linked to you. To remove them too, delete them first or email privacy@critscore.app before you delete your account
- Keep notes and game suggestions you added in parties, without your name
- Delete your push notification tokens from our servers
- Sign you out on every device
This cannot be undone. Deletion happens straight away; anything we can't remove at once, such as uploaded images, is removed within 30 days. We keep a minimal record that the account was deleted and when, as proof that we did it. Messages already posted to a party's Discord channel are held by Discord and we can't recall them.
Can't sign in, or signed up with Apple? Email privacy@critscore.app with your account's email address. We'll confirm by email, then delete your account.
